The entire NordicTrack range benefits from the manufacturing know-how of the worlds largest home fitness equipment manufacturer, ICON Health & Fitness. All warranty services for NordicTrack products are provided by the ICON Health & Fitness customer care team.


All NordicTrack products carry a standard one year manufacturers warranty that covers the frame, motor, parts and labour. To ensure your peace of mind, NordicTrack offers a free warranty extension if you register your details within 28 days of purchase. You may register your warranty by completing and returning the included warranty card to :

Warranty upgrades are product specific and include :

  • Treadmill - Lifetime frame, 10 year motor (parts only), 2 years parts and labour warranty
  • Elliptical/Bike - 5 Year frame, 2 years parts and labour warranty
  • Strength - 2 Year parts and labour warranty

NordicTrack products are warrantied for use within a private, domestic, non-fee paying environment. Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original owner of the equipment.

Any NordicTrack products located outside of mainland UK and Ireland will only be covered by a parts supply only warranty.

Be aware NordicTrack does not cover warranty for any non-home use (including but not limited to use in commercial, professional, rental or institutional settings).

Warranty Claims

If you encounter any trouble or difficulties with your fitness equipment, you should initially browse the ICON Health & Fitness support and FAQ page. Most common issues are covered here and are easily resolved.

Prior to contacting our team, please ensure you have the full model number and serial number of your product available, along with the user manual for your product. This will allow your call to be handled swiftly and efficiently. The technical advisors will help identify the issue and advise on the best course of action to resolve any difficulty.

NordicTrack Care Plans

Your product purchase includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard. If you registered your product within 28 days of purchase, then the manufacturer’s Warranty will have been extended free of charge to 24 months.


You may purchase an extension of the coverage offered to commence once the manufacturer’s warranty expires (prices include all applicable taxes). This is available during checkout when purchasing a NordicTrack product.


You may also purchase a maintenance plan. This plan is separate too and in addition to the manufacturers warranty (prices include all applicable taxes). This is available during checkout when purchasing a NordicTrack product.


By purchasing a NordicTrack Care plan on this website, you apply for an Extended Warranty Plan administered by Servify who will send you a welcome email including all documentation after acceptance.


Your product will be serviced by Manufacturer certified technicians using genuine NordicTrack parts.


The following additional coverage options are available against mechanical and electrical breakdowns:

  • 3 Year Extended Warranty - This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires. The additional warranty coverage is administered by Servify. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.

  • 3 Year Maintenance Service Plan – This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires with the additional benefit of one maintenance service during the term of the agreement. The additional warranty coverage and maintenance service are administered by Servify. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.

Service Plan Administrator
NordicTrack Care Plans are administered in the United Kingdom by Servify a trade name of Aftersales Group BV, a company incorporated under Dutch law, registered office at Achter de tolbrug 151, 5211 SM, ‘s Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch supervisory authority AFM (Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets) under number 12042867. The company is authorized to perform activities in The United Kingdom under the freedom to provide services and is registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authorities) under number 736927.


We arrange the policy with the AmTrust on your behalf. You do not pay us a fee for doing this. We receive a commission from AmTrust which is a percentage of the total premium.


Demands and Needs Statement
NordicTrack Care Plans meet the demands and needs of the purchaser of a NordicTrack product who wishes and needs to ensure that their product is covered for Mechanical and Electrical Breakdown when the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
It is for you to decide whether the product meets your needs. Please ensure you read the Insurance Policy Information Document (IPID) and the Terms and Conditions carefully to confirm that the cover meets your requirements paying particular attention to the exclusions, warranties and limits.
