This progressive, 8-week workout program is designed to give you some of the same benefits as jogging and running, but by walking at an incline. Audio coaching is provided by personal trainer Jillian Michaels, while the SD card automatically adjusts the speed and incline of your compatible exercise equipment.
A certified personal trainer provides motivation, tips and encouragement during your workout through your machines speakers. This gives you the all the benefits of a one-to-one training sessions in the comfort of your home.
