Preorder Delivery Update
Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates. This is due to vessel issues we are currently experiencing at the ports. The dates given on the product page are approximate dates. We will contact all customers that are affected by this as soon as we have confirmation of a delay.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the standard shipping times?
On average, items ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days — unless otherwise posted on the product page.

What are the standard delivery times?
Once your item has been shipped, you should receive it within 5-10 business days. However, due to COVID-19, shipping times are subject to change.

What types of delivery are available?
Due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, standard delivery is currently the only delivery option available.

What is Standard Delivery?
Standard delivery is a 2 man or 3 man delivery to the ground floor room of your choice by our carriers. Once our carriers have recieved your order, you will be contacted via Text Message or Email with a bookings link that allows you to select the delivery date. Please be aware we do not deliver to an upstairs or downstairs location. Please check dimensions on the product pages to see if the boxed product can fit into your property before placing an order.

Who are your couriers?
The courers who provide our standard delivery are Panther Logistics. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will be contacted via Text Message and Email with a booking link that allows you to select your preferred delivery date.

For our delivery and installation service, we use a company called Transmec. Once your order has been processed, we arrange for Transmec to collect your items from our warehouse where it will be taken to one of their depots, based on your location. Once they have booked this into the relevant depot, they will contact you via Telephone to arrange a convenient date for delivery and installation. Installation is carried out at the same time as delivery.


Is Delivery & Installation available?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19-related government restrictions, our delivery & installation service is on hold until further notice. However, your item comes equipped with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly usually takes 60-to-90 minutes.

Yes. Your item comes equipped with detailed assembly instructions. Assembly usually takes 60-to-90 minutes.
